Air-driven diaphragm pumps (AODD) are suitable for a wide range of applications.

They offer high wear resistance and are resistant to aggressive chemicals such as acids, oils, solvents, paints, sludge and even media containing solids, such as wastewater. These pumps can also be used for pumping powders.

All pumps are self-priming and capacity and pressure are easily adjustable. This pump is a positive displacement pump that moves fluids through the movement of diaphragms driven by compressed air.

The fluid contact parts of the housing are made of PE (polyethylene), conductive PE, PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) or conductive PTFE.

Semi Series

semiconductor industry, pharmaceutical sector, ultra-pure processes

The pumps in the SEMI series are designed specifically for applications in the semiconductor industry.

The entire assembly process of these unique pumps takes place in an ISO Class 5 environment (according to ISO 14644-1 standard).

In this process, the components are double cleaned, tested with deionized water and then wrapped airtight in plastic film.
