Air-driven diaphragm pumps (AODD) are suitable for a wide range of applications.
They offer high wear resistance and are resistant to aggressive chemicals such as acids, oils, solvents, paints, sludge and even media containing solids, such as wastewater. These pumps can also be used for pumping powders.
All pumps are self-priming, and both flow rate and pressure can be easily adjusted. This pump is a positive displacement pump that moves fluids through the movement of diaphragms driven by compressed air.
The fluid contact parts of the housing are made of PE (polyethylene), conductive PE, PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) or conductive PTFE.

The pumps in the SEMI Series are specifically designed for applications in the semiconductor industry.
The complete assembly process of these unique pumps takes place in an ISO Class 5 environment (according to ISO 14644-1).
During this process, the components are cleaned twice, tested with deionized water, and then hermetically sealed in plastic packaging.
